Typical stages for design and manufacture include:
Review the project objectives against initial concept
designs and operational constraints.
Identify the mechanical and electrical elements to meet
the process and productivity requirements.
Translating concept into an agreed design and construction
of a fully operational prototype.
Integration of the prototype within the production
line and undertake a full performance assessment.
Refine the design where necessary and commission.
